SHANGHAI GREEN WHEELS CO., LTD. was established on October 15, 2021, located at Room 203, Building 5 Dobe Hongqiao International WE, No.199 Fenghong Road, Minhang District, Shanghai, China. 

We specialize in manufacturing lightweight forged and cast alloy wheels, with an annual production capacity of 1,000,000 pieces. The founder has more than 28 years of experience in the wheel industry. Our company boasts a robust technical team in R&D, production, quality assurance, sales, and management, comprising top-tier senior experts. We are in the leading position in the industry in terms of R&D technology and processing technology of aluminium alloy.

We are equipped with advanced production equipment, including 20 sets of casting equipment, 2 sets of forging production lines, 20 sets of vertical lathes, 100 sets of machining centers, as well as 1 set of automatic painting equipment. Additionally, we have a comprehensive array of major testing equipment such as spectrometers, impact testers, bending fatigue testers, radial fatigue testers, coordinate testers, salt spray testers, tensile testers, high and low-temperature testers, metallographic testers, hardness testers, film thickness testers, spherical rulers, among others, ensuring that our products meet and exceed industry standards.
